Why has my payment been refunded?
In some cases we can't process your payment and we have to refund it. When this happens it normally takes 2 to 3 business days for it to be credited back to your bank account.
Those are the most common reasons for a refund:
You sent the payment from a bank account which is not the one you indicated during the order creation (different IBAN).
You reside in a country we cannot currently serve. You can find the list of allowed countries here.
You sent a payment from a business/company bank account. We can only serve personal accounts for the moment.
You used a payment message belonging to an order which is not active anymore. The corresponding order may have been closed manually by you or it was a one-time order that has already been paid out.
You exceeded our daily limits. Limits are reset at 00:00 CET every day.
