When is my bitcoin buy executed?

Your bitcoin are automatically purchased as soon as we receive your payment.

When using Pocket for the first time or with a new bank connection, your purchase may be delayed by a few minutes until it is manually cleared.

The purchase will also be delayed if there is something wrong with the transfer, e.g. the reference number is missing or a limit has been reached.
