Thank you very much for your patience and the understanding you have shown us in the last couple days.

The issues with our bank in Luxembourg has been going on for a few days now. The reason for the slow progress is mainly the poor availability of our banking partner and their long response time, which often takes several days.

Their service does not meet our expectations and contradicts our values at Pocket. Therefore, we have started to look for a new banking partner with high priority.

What happens to the money I sent to the bank in Luxembourg?

We hope to have an answer from the bank in the course of the next week so that we can either exchange the outstanding amounts into Bitcoin or refund them to your account.

Please use exclusively our Swiss bank accounts for future bitcoin purchases.
