At Pocket Private you will be personally supported by our professional team of long-time bitcoiners. We are always available for you on all possible channels and can help you quickly and easily.
As a new customer, we support you during onboarding. To make self-custody as easy as possible for you, we help you get an overview of the most common custody options and their advantages and disadvantages so that it is easy for you to make a decision and store your bitcoin yourself. You won't be entrusting your bitcoin to anyone, not even us. We will help you set up your desired wallet and set it up with Pocket.
Your personal account manager will be happy to exchange information with you on a regular basis and help you with any questions you may have about bitcoin. The secure storage of your keys and the distribution of your bitcoin is particularly important and is always on the agenda at check-in.
