How it works - a simple process
1️⃣ Fiat transfer: The employer transfers the desired wage amount to Pocket instead of to the employee's bank account.
2️⃣ Money exchange: Pocket assigns the wage payment to the employee's wallet and exchanges it for bitcoin free of charge.
3️⃣ Payment: The employee automatically receives their share of the wage in bitcoin into their own wallet.
