At Pocket, we are constantly working to further develop our infrastructure and make our service even more efficient.
For this reason, we are consolidating our SEPA and SEPA Instant payment rails, which will result in a change to your payment details.
This change only affects payments in Euro and will lay the foundation for even faster processing, greater reliability, and exciting new features.
What will change?
In order to further improve our service and simplify processes:
- The Clear Junction (GB) and Olkypay (LU) payment rails will be discontinued
- New local payment details (CH and LI) will be issued from February 18, 2026
- Newly created orders will automatically include the new payment details
Of course, we will continue to fully support SEPA and SEPA Instant with the advantage of even faster and more stable transaction processing.
What do you need to do?
All your payment references ("RF" numbers) work across different payment rails. This means they stay functional and you can simply use them with the new payment details. You don't have to create a new order if you don't want to.
You can find the new payment details here:
💻 Pocket Dashboard: Click on an active order. There you will find the new IBAN and our new bank details.
📱 Pocket App: Click on an active order and then on payment details. There you will find the new IBAN and our new bank details.
We strongly recommend that you retrieve the payment details directly from the dashboard or the app. This ensures that you always use the currently valid payment information.
We recommend bookmarking the dashboard or using the app for quick access.
Transfers made to the old payment details after March 1st, 2026, will be automatically rejected. We will not charge you for any returned transactions and will inform you of the return by email.
Why this step?
With the new infrastructure, Pocket will soon be able to provide personalized virtual IBANs which will allow us to process your transactions even faster and more reliably.
Additionally, this change brings our banking business closer to where we actually operate. All this will lay the foundation for greater flexibility, efficiency, and new opportunities.
What remains unchanged?
- Full support for SEPA
- Full support for SEPA Instant
- As always, secure and stable payment processing
We look forward to serving you better with these new payment options.
